Ignored by Subaru Plumstead

I have moved from Somerset West to the Southern Suburbs, so I brought my XV in under service plan to Subaru Plumstead. There where several issues that were not fixed on service and I was told they needed to get parts, etc and would contact me. Since then I have called back several times, and each time I am told I will get a callback, which never happens. The last few times I have asked to speak to the manager, but once again, no one ever calls me back. So back to Somerset West Subaru I go.
