Fantastic before-, during- and after-sales service

I phoned Bernice on a Friday morning and told her I wanted to buy the car and would refer to have it for that weekend. I did not expect that to actually happen, but between Bernice's amazing efforts and constant communication and Alta's unbelievable awesomeness in arranging financing, they not only had my car ready that afternoon -- they added window tinting too! I'm absolutely amazed, and when I sent Alta an enquiry early this morning I was amazed again to get a response just 20 minutes later.
