False advertising

On 28 September I enquired about a Ford Ranger that they advertised on Surf 4 Cars. On 29 September I phoned and spoke to Joseph concerning the vehicle. All was in order according to their adverti*****t. When I got to the dealership the mentioned that they made a mistake and it is not a 4x4 vehicle. This was accepted and we proceeded with the transaction at the advertised price of R 229 900.00. On 30 September after all my details was sent and the transaction was ready to be processed, I was on my way to collect the vehicle. They suddenly changed their story and now the vehicle that was advertised for R 229 900.00 was all of a sudden R 299 000.00! They just said that is my problem, take it or leave it.
