DPF Light On

I bought a Subaru Outback 2014 in February. The DPF light keeps coming on and I've had to send the car back to the workshop 5 times since i took delivery of it. In the process we have had to pay over R2000 for an oil change to try and fix the problem because the maintainance plan refused to cover it. It cam back and the light went on one day after taking recept of it. We contacted the Subaru SA head - offie and the National Technical Manager Deon van den Heever's only offer is that the car is not meant to be driven for short distances (I drive from Midrand via Bryanston and Fourways to Auckland park and from Aucland park to Midrand daily) and that the extended idling along with the bad quality of Diesel fuel in South Africa is the reason for the problem and that he is not going to engage with us further on the matter as his e-mails are self explainatory. Iwould love to take the car on a long trip but this car stalled in the parking lot at Subaru when I took it back the previous time? Deon has not offered any solution even though I expressly asked him for a solution in my e-mail and we are now driving a car with my 3 children daily with no resolution as to whether or not this will ever be resolved or if it is even safe to drive this car. I called Subaru SA and was promised that Roy Silva will contact me within 24 hrs. So far absolutely nothing.
