Worst Dealer ever Centurion Subaru

I have taken my Subaru XV there for a service on 3 May 2019 it was then still under the maintenance as per attached job card we had an issue when we go over a certain speed and Brake; its starts to shudder; we were told they had tested it and there is nothing wrong. Today we take our Subaru XV in for its service but now the maintenance plan is finished; we tell them the issue is still there; they call me and advise me they tested the car and they need to do XYZ to fix it at an extra charge; I am like how now that the car is out of its maintenance plan you are able to pick up the fault no problem.
