Cannot get a quote for love nor money

I have been trying to get a quote for a performance exhaust for 3 days now trying two different dealerships ... no luck at all. Despite my requests for a quote for an installed exhaust (I don't know what good the part alone is, I don't have a car lift hidden in my garage), I keep getting put through to parts. When I then request the installation costs, I am put through to the workshop - where apparently nobody answers the phone or returns calls. Does anyone out there actually want my business????
