BAD BUSINESS & NO RESPONSIBILITY

We were applying for a vehicle that was advertised by Premium Auto Investments. A agent from Subaru Nelspruit called us, sent the application forms we filled it in and returned with all relevant documents as requested by Danie Stassen, he send the details to the bank for vehicle finance. He called us saying that its been approved and that his just awaiting interest rates from the bank by Friday afternoon 26 June '15 we were still waiting for him to get back to us. The weekend went past with no response from any body on Monday 29 June we called him again he said that his on his way back from Botswana he'll be in Tuesday, we called him Tuesday morning at about 08:00 his response was I'm working on it will still get back to you today at 15:00 I could not wait any longer I called the office he was not available so I spoke to a lady Tayla that informed me the vehicle I was applying & approved for was already sold. Till date Danie has not contacted me at all, even if its just to apologies. I am upset & really disappointed by the way Subaru does business. I feel that if he updated me we could of looked at something else but they've lost my business.
