Bad attitude

My wife and I with our 4 legged children (dogs) were on holiday over the Easter period on the south coast KZN. We were towing a caravan with our Subaru Tribeca when the electronic warning lights came on. Being a holiday and driving through the Transkie there were no specialists available to attend to the vehicle. Luckily we made it and settled in at the caravan park in Manaba beach. The next working day I phoned Subaru Durban explained the situation and made arrangements because of the distance to drive to bring the vehicle in. Well what a reception did we receive. Because we could not leave the dogs anywhere (the dogs are medium /small and adorably friendly) they were in the vehicle. The workshop as well as the service managers refused to assist or allow a mechanic to attend to the vehicle. This after I indicated to the reception lady the day before that I was coming through from Manaba beach with my family and dogs. I raised my dissatisfaction and both managers walked off to another client and ignored me. At that point in time my respect for subaru disappeared. I have been a loyal subaru fan for more than 20 years. To prove it I have 3 Subaru s parked in my garage. Bad attitude
