POOR SERVICE

Poor and No service We recently engaged your services to install a shade sides at our premises. During the installation, you brought support poles intended for the base of the tents but did not use them. These poles were subsequently taken back. A few weeks later, the bottom section of the carport has come loose and is now flapping, which poses both a safety risk and a concern regarding the quality of workmanship. Despite having paid you in full for the job, I have made several attempts to contact you to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, my calls have been ignored, and you have not returned to rectify the problem. This lack of response and follow-through is highly unprofessional and disappointing.
