Pathetic service, pathetic attitude

Absolutely pathetic service. We got a pool cover installed by them and the pvc is peeling off the cover due to excessive heat, they refuse to take ownership and the guy who actually dealt with us initially does not answer his phone. The wife is absolutely arrogant about the fact that the product is not up to standard and speaks as if she is doing us a favor. Do not waste your time or hard earned money with these people. If you had a similar experience please contact me on *** as i am not letting this slide
