Will deal with these guys anytime!

I requested a quotation for replacing hinges on an aluminium window frame, they quoted but before they could do the job, a second window required the same. The admin department made a few errors and I had pretty-much written them. They arrived this afternoon, insisted on doing the job and refused to give me an invoice for either labour or the new hinges. Hats off to them.
