Bad service

I placed an order for a product with Sue Barnes and the attitude I received was appalling, I paid form my product in December due to a technical issued were she didn't notify her clients that her shop was closed, she willingly took my money and I had to nag her and send e-mail after e-mail to get an answer. <br> she tried to ***** my money without sending me the stuff I offered, she **** to my about couriering my order, then when comforted told me only certain people get the courier service and I had to wait for my stuff form the post office which would have added on an extra 5 to 7 working days onto my already long wait and frustrating ordreal with this company.
