Worst Service Ever

I have made an online booking in advance to make sure that there are no problems. When I was 15km away from the airport I called them to inform them I was nearby. The lady who answered the phone she was not aware of me coming. arriving at the airport I still had to wait another 10min before the driver arrived. I was told by the driver they were not informed of my pick-up.

On my return to Jhb I called them right after I have disembarked the plane. The lady who answered the phone infomed me that my car is not ready for collection and that i was not suppose to arrive that day, however they will drop my car at the airport. About 5min later the same lady called me asking me if I am sure my car is with SU Parking, what a joke. 10min later I was outside and no car. I called the office and the lady said she can't find a driver. After another 10min later I called them again and I was informed that that they still looking for a driver. I requested to speak to the manager but with no success. I insisted that I want to speak with the manager but I was told that the manager will call me the next day. I said I won't pay before I spoke to the manager. She told me to take the car and I can pay after the manager called me. My car arrived 45min after my 1st call and the driver was very rude.

Today is 4 days later and the manager has not yet contacted me.

I will never make use of their services again and won't recommend them to anybody
