Unauthorised usage of vehicle

Unauthorised usage of my vehicle while in their posession. 34km at night. Struggled for a week to get hold of the owner, eventually spoke to him, emailed proof of trips done with my car. No response almost 2 weeks later. Clearly not concerned with doing anything about the issue as they don't even bother responding.
