SU Parking worst service and Break car

I left my car with SU Parking when traveling, when coming back the car was 30min late and I was alone (young girl) and phoned the office to enquire about the delay. The guy who answered was rude, got annoyed with me and kept hanging up the phone. i eventually found my car, the drivers just sitting in theirs. not trying to look for me. THeir card machine then stopped working. the drivers were extremely rude to me aswell. Once I got into the highwas I realized that my right mirror was flapping, so the drivers must have reversed into a pillar or something and broke my mirror, strategically placing it when they parked to meat me so I couldnt see it when they were there.
