poor service and professional

<p>I would like to inform you of my dissatisfaction with using SU PARKING, we have used numerous parking companies before and they were hassle free.</p> <p>Yesterday we were scheduled to arrive at OR Tambo at 18:10 as per the booking, when we had dropped of our vehicle on Friday, we had called in 10 minutes earlier to ensure the driver was there, he did not inform us that we were also supposed to call 10 minutes earlier when we get to the airport in order for our car to be ready for us( furthermore, we never call the parking company as they work according to your flight schedule and are waiting for you)</p> <p> </p> <p>We had tried calling the offices and there were no answer, we tried again at 18:20 to which the lady said they car was on its way, the car had only arrived around 18:30, of which the driver had double parked behind another car , made us pay and sign and rushed of, we had assumed the keys were in the car and when my husband jumped in immediately after the guy left, he realised the key was not handed over, when he jumped of , the guy had already left, we had to then make another 2 calls to the office to report this and they said that he was on his way</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore to this, if the car had been auto valeted, how was it that the back of the passenger seat was exactly how we had left it, with sand all over, not washed or wiped(as my toddler always has his shoes on them, therefore the sand)??</p> <p> </p> <p>The service was poor and totally unacceptable, I do not think that we would make use of SU Parking ever again or recommend it</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
