Gross Dishonesty and Disgusting Attitude

On Monday, 6 July, arriving at OR Tambo, I was standing outside of my car when the parking service attendant arrived and brusquely mumbled that he was with the parking service that I had booked. He proceeded to fill in a form, telling me where to sign and rudely said, 'just call when you get back to the airport' and then quickly got into my vehicle and drove off.<br> <br> As I was in a hurry, juggling luggage, seeing to my 7 year old and trying to get to the check in counter, I did not review the form which I had signed. Upon arrival back at OR Tambo, I called the service provider which I had booked with to inform them that I had landed and was told that I had not left my vehicle with them. The panic and angst I experienced in the moments following that conversation is completely indescribable.<br> <br> After reviewing the documentation I had signed, I realised that it was SU Parking who had *******ly taken my car and identified themselves as a different service provider! When the driver eventually arrived after 30 minutes, he was abusive to the extent of scaring my kids by raising his voice at me. SU took no responsibility for this gross dishonesty and this matter will be taken further!!
