Bad Experience!

Booked online, they didn't receive my booking. The lady answering the the *** number will not win any awards for customer service, people or communication s****s. After drop-off, they drove my car around a few times for approximately 3 hours, including a trip back to the airport. Email complaint to no avail, but looking at other complaints on Hello Peter and Facebook, I did not expect any feedback. Avoid at all cost. Cannot believe Standard Bank is associated with this company.
