Bad service

We booked for a weekend away with My Sister's through booking.com in Su Casa Chase Valley. On the day of the trip the lady Who owns the Place calls us to say she is having renovations in Chase Valley, she cannot accommodate us, but she has a place in Scottsville that is also hers, we agree because we have been inconvenienced on the day of the trip and It's too late to get another place.
