Bad Quality Hair Extensions

Got Hair Extensions. After 3 weeks I complained about the hair shedding excessively. The extensionist then said she's realized there is an issue with the glue since a lot of customers she's had in the last 4 months complained about shedding.

When I asked if she is going to refund me or replace the hair she said she will not refund and that she can only replace the glue in 2 months since the new glue she ordered will only arrive in January. (but she knows that Im leaving the country in a few weeks and wont be here in January) she then just said she cant assist me otherwise, its not her fault that the glue she uses is of bad quality.
