Recently purchased a brand new Stylo from Pep cell shop

Recently purchased a brand new Stylo from Pep cell shop. The camera is poor and memory keeps failing, despite purchasing a brand new memory card. When the phone was checked I was told it was a phone issue. This for me had cost money, inconvenience and I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
