I placed an online order with this chinese company, who promised on their website to deliver within 7 days

<div>I placed an online order with this chinese company, who promised on their website to deliver within 7 days. I send mail to them on day 10, enquiring about my order. They rep**** that their carrier forgot about my order, but that they would correct it. It is now day 39, I still didn't receive my parcel, and for some unknown reason my tracking nr changed. When I try to trace it, I get a message that the carrier (China Post) is not responding. I do not think they really sent my order, but I know I lost my money.</div>
