Bad service from stylish_kids_sa

On 2020 October I bought a stroller on a site called stylish _kids _sa with R4500 and it was a gift for a friend. Cool I paid the stroller in full and it got delivered and I took the stroller to my friend the following week. They used it one day inside the room and the baby was only a week old , they were trying out the stroller and unfortunately it broke two wheels instantly. I called the lady who sold me the stroller last year October and told her about what happened. She understood and she said she will send me a new frame. I tried reminding her up until today I haven’t received a frame and she blocked me on his cellphone and she is not answering my calls. When I call with other numbers she picks up and once she realise that she is talking to me she drops the phone. I really feel disrespected for this kind of money I paid . Please advise what must I do because I’m thinking of just taking it to court because she is so inconsiderate of this thing. The baby is one year 1 month now and he will out grow the stroller.
