Lack of professionalism and work ethics

I joined this gym in September 2014 and I have regretted it ever since!!! Their staff seems to be changing every month due to their inability to maintain a good working environment, even the managers seem to be lasting for a short period then leaving unanounced. When you make an appointment with the salon it's a matter of sitting and waiting for endless time yet an appointment was given. My debit orders go off every month on a different date when I clearly stated in my contract that it must go off on a specific date very month. The most frustrating part is that there isn't any maintenance on the gym equipment which leaves us with only 2 operational treadmills and a few other unmaintained equipment. My question is, where is the customer service, the professionalism, the ethics, where does all our money go to??? Now I'm bound to this nightmare for a 2 year period!!! I honestly wish someone could have warned me about this so here I am doing you a favour. Someone needs to deal with this matter as we are paying customers that are investing our hard earned money in this poorly-run place!!!
