**** **** **** STAY AWAY!!! Pathetic Service to say the least. 2 of my couches was collected on 4 June and was promised they will be done and returned by 13 June. Hansie never kept me up to date and i had to constantly follow up. On 24 June when i demanded photos Hansie was not home and had 300 excuses. Eventually that evening i got a photo of only the 1 arm rest and back rest that was covered on the 1 couch asuming that nothing more than that was done as the other couch was behind this one in the photo uncovered. 25 June i asked again for photos and was sent the 2 seater covered with yet another excuse that the feet are loose,which obvious in the video was not properly fitted as supposed to be done by someone claiming to be a professional in the field or just another excuse and a smoke screen to delay the process even more as the 3 seater was not yet covered. 26 June I requested the couches to be delivered and from 4 June there was plenty of time to do the job and do it properly. He sent me a photo of the 3 seater late the evening with another excuse that there is no one to help load now. 27 June He got 2 youngsters whom does not know him from a bar of soap according to them to deliver the couches. when asked where Hansie was they claimed to have no idea. The couches were already dirty even before offloading them, the material had hooks on then and the feet skew. Couched that once were comfy even after 30 years of use,are now hard and very uncomfortable, the covering work was badly done. Not at all happy with the shoddy work that was done. DONT EVER USE THE SERVICE OF HANSIE / Stylexa Upholsterers. Rather get professionals and pay a bit more.
