Shocking poor service from Styles and Co

I have been involved in an accident on the 6th of January 2021. The driver of the car that smashed into us works for Point Supply Chain. They are insured at King Prices, through the brokers Styles and Co/Integra Risk Solutions.

After numerous emails, endless phonecalls to say the least, the claim was submitted and an agreement to accept the offer for the damage was signed on 24 February 2021.

Their offer/contract states 30 days after acceptance the amount accepted will be paid out.

Today marks the 44th day after signing their acceptance letter. Without any answer from any of the consultants, not per email, not phoning back, I have no other choice but to write a review about the terrible service. It is shocking to say the least.

I also have no other option but to get Hello Peter and the Ombudsman from OSTI involved.
