Worst Return/Refunds Process

I placed an order for a few clothing items, they called a few days later indicating some items on my order was not available and asked if they could swop it out, which I agreed to, The consultant who assisted me over the phone assured me that sizes M is equivalent to 32/34. I receive my order via courier, the packaging was horrid. The clothes are huge, they will fit sizes 38/40. When attempting to return, they ask for pictures to prove that the items don't fit you, then they tell you to organize the clothes to be couriered to them via any courier company.

If you do not have an account with a courier company, you will not be able to just organize a company to collect especially since you don't know the size and weight of the package. To get a quote means you need to contact various companies and provide them with size and weight dimensions in order to get a rate, which you have to pay for first before they can collect.

The time and energy it takes to arrange a courier makes it pointless. Its almost like they have processes in place to prevent you from returning any items. I would not suggest purchasing from this store at all.
