Worst Customer Service

Placed my order on 28/11/2022. Got confirmation of my order. Emailed and got a response on 05/12/2022 that my order has not been packed yet and there is a delay due to Black Friday sale. I must ask them again on 07/12/2022.

I rep**** by saying that I am not going to send numerous emails to follow up on a order that I paid for and if they cant deliver to refund me. No response.

Today, 08/12/2022, order still not received. Tried calling numerous times - no answer. Send another email.

Worst customer service.
