VERY SLACK TELEPHONIC EXPERIENCE.

Totally unacceptable when you use the contact number given on their website and you get put on hold for so long each time. I phoned the same number 4 times within a week only to be put on hold....first time I was on hold for 22 minutes.....UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Imagine the customer service if they cannot even take your call regarding queries on their website??????? AND EVEN MORE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER. ***.
