Unprofessional and Inexperienced

Placed an order the 8th of August and mind you they are in Durban and I am in Cape town still have not received my parcel till today . The reply I received after sending a email to support was , this .

This is what I call a don't care response . Will not buy anything from them again or refer anyone to their website .
