Unhappy loyal customer

Not happy at all about the service, I ordered 2 dresses and a cart of R1300 clothes from Stylephase on the 30th October, I ordered it for a function on Saturday the 12th of September. I ordered it in advance because I did not want to take chances. On Monday the 7th of September I asked for a update on my order, they immediately rep**** saying it will be shipped that day. I was happy about that knowing I will get it in time then. As the week passed I send emails again, asking for the update as my order did not say shipped or tracking was not available. Till today I have not received any reply from them again. I was a very loyal customer, I buy from them every other month, and I have told numerous people about them who also make use of them. But with this service I received I am not happy. I requested a refund so that I can go and get another dress for the function and also received no feedback. 10 days passed since I placed my order. I will no longer be making use of them.
