The business is crazy, chooses it's own pick up location

Actually doesn't deserve any rating... for the second time I made an order and the same thing happened. Okay first time I can still say was my mistake but your communication sucks big time. Whoever is responsible for that isn't doing their job. Your website decides on a location suitable for you for customer pick up. I selected one close to me in Rustenburg,even took a screen shot. It's like I knew... after payment the pick up address is Durban and that is *******. I don't know anyone there... I called, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages but I'm ignored. Same thing happened the last time
