Terrible Customer services!!!!

This has been an absolute disaster!! My order arrived and one of the items were not as described, I had a chat with someone on messenger chat who just stated what I knew already. I then asked for a manager and was just told someone will call. The ‘manager’ said that they will refund me for the item and shipping, but she was extremely rude and kept talking over me. She even stopped and said “let’s get to the point!” She said that I will have my refund on the Monday 16/08 as it was Friday afternoon when we spoke, so I agreed. This was after she tried to get away with just updating the website. After that call I emailed my complaint and someone else called, very apologetic and lots of promise, that was on the 15/08, even gave me her number and said send the order number and she will sort the refund!

I have been emailing almost daily and got another call yesterday saying the refund will be done on the day, still no refund and it is now the 19/08!!!! I am shocked that an online retail company does not care about customer services!!!! Really would not recommend to anyone else!!!
