Taking money but not delivering

Be careful with this company. Placed an online order, the money deducted from my account but i received no confirmation of order. I am now 25 email discussions later with the company, explaining (drawing pictures) what happened, but no luck. Definitely consider this as being theft as they take the money but don't deliver the goods.
