Sure its a ****, worst service ever

have placed an order online at the end of August, I have received no feedback since then until I followed up on my order was told please wait warehouse is back logged, ok cool, I still till today have not received feedback. I constantly follow up on Instagram with no joy. What kind o f pathetic service is this or is this business a ****, I am beginning to think so. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS, EVER!
