I need help with StylePhase SA I made order on the 4th September off clothing of R3600 they don't pick up calls or reply any emails about ppl orders,or any tracking nr,2 days ago they called to say what I ordered is out of stock but my order was in processing since 5th September after I made payment its been 2 days now nd am still waiting on email on how they gonna refund my money..Please look into StylePhase SA on Facebook and see how ppl are struggling to get their orders or money back there is thousands of ppl nd StylePhase don't care

16 Sept 2021, 09:00After so long my other 2 orders did come but guess what it's wrong clothing,one order ain't my things I ordered the other order I only received 3 items when I ordered 7 items which I payed for,they want me to send the items I ordered knowing fully we'll they closed their old website where all the order history is in so how the hell must we customers send proof of something that ain't there no more when the company closed their website and open up new one,still waiting on my R3600 refund also its been 3 days now still Nothing
