Stylephase - Pathetic service!!

On the 7th August, I ordered 6 items for my daughter's birthday. By the 12th, I emailed them enquiring about my parcel, to which I received no answer. Obviously that was a waste of time!! I decided to rather phone them today, 17th August, and was assisted by a lady with the name of Chloe. I gave her my order number and she sounded shocked that it was packed a while ago but never been shipped. She said that she would do it immediately but still my parcel order details have not changed to shipped. Every other time that I've ordered, I've never had a problem but this will be the last time that I will be ordering from Stylephase. This is pathetic service and if my parcel is not shipped immediately, I want it to be cancelled and my money refunded so that I can go buy my daughter her birthday gift elsewhere!
