Stylephase Home ****med me

I ordered from Stylephase Home on 6 February 2022 and paid for my order. After two weeks of not receiving my order and absolutely no communication from them I tried to contact with them via all their contact details to no avail until I wrote on the Facebook page. From there someone from their facebook team reached out to me and I told him my problem, he promised to get back to me and shortly after that he sent me a message to tell me that my order was in a consignment which was held by police and that I would get it in the following week. Following week came and went by without delivery of my things and when I told them that I want a refund, they sent me from pillar to post for a long time, they asked for my bank details and promised to refund me within 24 hrs, that also did'nt materialize. Finally they said my order shows it was delivered and received but they are lying. I have literally been ****med by Stylephase Home
