Stylephase Bad bad customer service

StylephaseSA one of the worse online clothing shops to shop on when it comes to deliveries I have had bad experience with this company since I started shopping from them second time around I gave them the benefit of the doubt and bought again, this time around it was worse , my parcel placed on 27th November still not delivered , I have lost a client as I could not commit to my delivery time due to this package being delivered to the wrong client in Durban while I’m in Cape Town Stylephase delivery time in their website is 3-5 days . I have been communicated with them and the only message I get in return is we apologise , the parcel is in transit at the moment as it was collected on Friday 8th Dec again , my frustration, if you know this client have been waiting & it was incorrectly routed why not make it a priority & send overnight but the same delivery time was arranged no special request. I have now lost a client & have to pay extra for overnight delivery and have lost out on this because the client wants their items by Friday & my package will only arrive on Thursday as per the message I received this morning from them . Their customer service is extremely bad and I will rate them a 0 never shop on there ever again
