Style phase home refuses to refund me

I bought a HONOR X5b Plus 128GB LTE Dual Sim - Starry Purple from Home Phase and when i received the order i was not happy as I didn't see that the order is just a phone without the accessories and charger and I bought this as a gift so the owner needs the full package of a new phone from the box with the accessories and charger. i've been sending them e mails and Whatsapp's but they are not responding and i want to return the phone and get a refund ASAP
