Style is trash

Such horrible service 😡 placed an order, no confirmation was sent of the order number or anything regarding my order, I had to call thm and track the order. After calling I did receive the email that had a tracking ID but there was no link to use the tracking ID so I had to call again only to be told that my package is on its way to Johannesburg mins you I'm in PMB an according to my Knowledge the company is in Durban. So today morning I received a text from the courier guy telling me my package is out for delivery and later on the day the courier guy calls me to tell me that we need to meet somewhere for me to receive my package mind you I payed a delivery fee for the package and it was to be delivered to my door. I called stylephase and I was told that is because the courier guy does not deliver where I'm at. Look I don't mind doing a pick up but if I'm going to pick up my package why am I paying delivery to my door? Why was I not informed that they do not deliver to my location? Why was I the one who had to call them and the courier guy...
