Ordered items only to be told AFTERWARDS that one of the items was out of stock

I asked for a credit.

Received package. One shoe broken. Advised immediately. Shoes collected and returned on 15 November. The agreement was that I would be sent a replacement item in lieu of the shoes and the capri pants that were out of stock

10 days later..... sent emails EVERYDAY
