Service Delivery Poor

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Stylephase. I ordered in time to avoid my items to be delivered later than the Wednesday as it was for a client as she needed the item for a Funeral in JHB and her Flight will be on the Wednesday noon from Cape Town, but the tracking status still shows "in transit," indicating that the order was processed late.The lack of communication and consultation regarding item removals, combined with the failure to adhere to the promised delivery timeframe, was unacceptable. Due to this poor service, I cannot recommend Stylephase to anyone.
