Rude customer service

If i was allowed to give a review of 0 i would. I am not sure if it is the owner who handles the communication lines but if not, whoever who handles them needs to be checked. VERY RUDE, VERY UNHELPFUL AND NOT WILLING TO ASSIST. I have never experienced anything worse!!!!!! I do not recommend them at all because while the sales may look great, if you encounter a problem and need any assistance, you will not receive it. Once again, EXTREMELY RUDE! I see almost every review says so. I wish i had known this before purchasing so i could have gone elsewhere. They might not care because i am one client but imagine how many more others you are ****ing off and losing out on. Do better.
