Ridiculous Service

I ordered a dress and other items and was then sent an email after 7 days of waiting for my order to say that the dress was not in stock and I have to choose a different one and send them a screenshot. This was done and still, they sent out my order without any changes made to it saying they contacted me when they in fact haven't since I am at home and can answer my phone at any time. I DEMANDED they send me the dress and forwarded my original email to them and am still awaiting a response.
