Returned policy is a LIE

I am very annoyed with the service I have received from this online store. Bought 2 pairs of bootes on 03 Aug 2024 only to find that the boots are the wrong size. At my own expense as stated on their website, I returned the items via courier on 03 Sept 2024. The company has acknowledged that they have received my package. Now I am waiting on my refund. I have been in contact with the sore via whatsapp as weel as on their website. No one gets back to me. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE, I AM DISAPPOINTED ON THEIR SERVICE. FOR ALL I KNOW, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. WHY WON'T THEY GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!
