Poor customer service

Stylephase has poor customer service. I ordered from them on the 30th of November 2021, A size 42 dress, a handbag, earrings and size 8 sandals. Today 9th Of December 2021 I received an order. The dress is a size 38,the left shoe a size 8 ans the right shoe a size 6.The handbag and the earrings are fine. This was my second time ordering from them, the first order was fine just few items that were a bit small. But we all know that cuts are not the same.
