Pathetic online customer service from Stylephase SA

I have purchased clothing online from Stylephase SA on the 16th of January 2022,they have not contacted me ever since on a delivery date,I have called and emailed them on numerous occasions about delivery,their customer service is pathetic.On 10th February they sent a message that they are picking and packing my order after I told them I'm going to report them but still didn't receive confirmation on when my order will be delivered,I'm so annoyed that I keep sending them emails and don't get feedback.they don't even answer their phones.I have paid R488.00 for my clothing order,I feel I'm being ****med.
