Not the company to order shoes from at all!

I ordered from this company for first time. I ordered 2 pairs of girls shoes order number 165690. I especially ordered a size 10.5 which is bigger than the 3 pairs of shoes I have at home. One pair is size 9 (PEP), size 9 (PicknPay crocs) and size 10 pumps (Woolworths) and these shoes of Stylephase does not even go onto my girls' feet. I was told I can send it back at my own cost and they will send another size. They don't even have shoe size charts to work from. Do not buy shoes from this company as there is no size guideline to determine whether it will fit or not
