No refund after 2 months

I am totally appalled by theack of customer service from Style phase Home. Purchased an airfryer on 02 October and paid via visa card. To date I have not received the product, not the refund that I requested on 20 November after I was advised that the units were out of stock.

I would like to have the matter resolved without further delay, but not hiding my breath as I have been given the runaround and sent fr pillar to post with no success
